This place is tiny!!!! They only have 3 tables. You can’t make reservations and they won’t take a wait list. We came on a Sunday evening, it was raining (hence the outdoor patio was not open). We ordered a dozen oyster, the crab with sourdough and tomatoes, the half lobster, and crab claws. Everything was perfect!! The sourdough (as a fellow sourdough baker) was a perfect complement to the crab and tomatoes. My son devoured the lobster so I only had a few bites. Service was very quick. Just good luck with getting a table.

Great team running this place. We stopped in for lunch and had a half a lobster and chips. They offer wine, a range of beer and a dry cider. If you fancy oysters,killary mussels or fish or lobster sourced locally, this is the place for you. Cooked fresh, our lobster was so sweet and juicy. We had Whiplash beer and tried a watermelon light beer too. Really lovely genuine people, offering the freshest of seafood in an honest no frills lovely restaurant. Definitely worth a try.

The crab with sourdough toast paired with delicious chopped tomatoes drizzled with olive oil was unforgettable The space was casual, clean and hospitable as was the service. Conor and Michael were engaging and informative. I'm already planning my next visit

Absolutely the best seafood restaurant I’ve ever experienced in Ireland ???????? This place alone is worth a trip to the town. The service was friendly, efficient, and welcoming! We ordered fish and chips, mussels, and crab on sourdough bread. Everything was delicious, but the fish and chips…wow! The batter was incredibly unique—perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and hands down the best I’ve ever had. You can really taste the freshness of the seafood, straight from the West Coast. I was hoping to try their lobster, but it had already sold out—definitely a testament to how good it must be! I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem to anyone who loves great seafood.

Our third visit to Oifig An Fish was even better than the last! We started with the crab claws to share; generous, full of flavour, and perfectly complemented by the delicious sourdough and a zesty lemon dill sauce. For our mains, we couldn’t resist the fish and chips and wow, they did not disappoint. The fish was fresh and flaky, wrapped in a perfectly light and crispy batter. The chips were simply sensational – golden, crisp, and full of flavour. Donna kindly took the time to explain the love and care that goes into preparing them, and you can truly taste the difference. The wine and beer list is sensational, and this place just keeps getting better. Already looking forward to our next visit! Huge thank you to Michael, Hannah, Donna, and the whole team.

A small restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere..nice staff..share a table with strangers place. Menu is small but that's what's perfect. We had a Fish and chips...the fish batter was thin and crunchy..you could actually taste and see the fish..I don't know how they make their chips but they were gorgeous. We also had fresh crab on a fresh sourdough bread. Wine, a few ales on tap, along with soft drinks and water. Fabulous

Fantastic spot. The menu might seem small but it’s because eveything they do is exceptional. Fresh, local, delicious oysters. Incredible fish and chips, with perhaps the lightest flakiest batter I’ve ever had. The staff was also great. This is a great place if you want great food but not a fancy formal dinner atmosphere and something above your standard pub.
